No donkeys at Sidmouth donkey sanctuary.

点评：We were recently in south devon on holiday,and as im mad on donkeys and horses,we drove over a hour to visit the sanctuary.
Its free which is great and the staff lovely.
But for me there was a distinct lack of donkeys,which was rather the point.
We went to the cafe,very uninspiring,south devon ,no cream tea ,block like cakes.
Beige ones,brown ones, fruit blocks.
Boring cafe no colour,very factory like could put plants,posters ,donkey items to buy in the shop.
Bland grey,
Went out to the paddocks,empty,
Walked up the side of large paddock,no donkeys anywhere.
Online you see them with head over the fence ,getting scratched.
Not one around ,they were all.on a faraway field ,as you can see in my photo,
We left ,without getting anywhere near one,which is disappointing when it's meant to be with donkeys.
Hour drive back.
Waste of time and fuel.
