点评：Unsympathetic to one member of our group who could not play due to his wife being blue lighted into hospital the previous day. Rules are rules! Website clearly says a minimum of 12 for a society - which was the number that was booked, but obviously not at that point knowing that somebody would be rushed to hospital. Clearly people do try this on and turn up on the day with fewer numbers to get a better price so Clubs understandably wish to safeguard their price structure. However it was suggested to the Pro that if a voucher was given to said individual he would have returned another day with his wife and two others all of whom would have played full guest prices and had a beer or two. If he didn't, then no loss to the Club, if he did then three full visitor fee's gained. No can't do that - Club policy. So the Club not only misses out on a return visit from the society and three full price guest fees. Clearly the employee and its Committee have no issues with this policy and were not even polite enough to reply to two communications - one on the official contact page and one a direct letter to the Chairman.
