点评：From the moment we booked, Lee and Shalaka were fantastic — clear, responsive, and flexible. When avalanches forced a change of dates, Shalaka kept us informed and made everything seamless.
Our private Milford Sound day trip was the absolute highlight of our time in New Zealand. Simon, our driver, was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and friendly — making the long journey comfortable and stress-free. He shared great insights, stopped at stunning viewpoints (including hidden gems we’d never have found ourselves), and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.
Milford Sound itself was breathtaking, both on the road in and on the cruise. Traveling with our son and his girlfriend, it was the perfect day for all of us.
We can’t recommend Alpine Tours highly enough. If you want a personalized, unforgettable experience, book with them — and if you get Simon - you are in for a treat!
