The Cider House的点评
点评：Upon visiting the cider house we had high expectations based on customer reviews. The first thing we noticed is the very unfriendly atmosphere. We were instantly greeted with cold stares when we walked into the room. We waited at the bar until we realised that there was no one serving there so we went over to the small hatch way in the wall where drinks seemed to be coming out. We asked politely if this is where we should order (as there was no clear indication that it was) to which a clearly very unhappy and rude lady mumbled “where else would it be”, lovely. The ciders themselves were very strong but lacked in our opinion any flavouring that justified the higher percentage. The outdoor area was sprawling with antisocial locals, when we tried to move away toward the fields we were quickly shouted at by the unlicensed ‘security’. All in all an incredibly antisocial experience that I wouldn’t recommend anyone putting the self through.
