Terrible view and uninterested stewards
OVO Arena Wembley的点评
点评：Went to see Gladiators, which was a great show, but a terrible arena.
We paid for seats closer to the action, but there was hardly any raking in the seats so it was impossible to see past the person in front of you. There were two rows to each step, so it was marginally better if you were at the front of a step, but the step was only a couple of inches. One of our seats was at the end of a row but it was broken and slumped into the aisle. There was no stagger, the seats were directly behind each other.
We couldn’t see. We were adults, we could deal with it and shift around to get a view. However there were a lot of kids at the show as you would expect, who wouldn’t have been able to see a thing.
People moved to the aisles to get a view which made the situation worse for anyone who couldn’t stand - the stewards were disinterested.
The venue really needs to be aware of this and do better in regard to layout and lines of sight.
The prices of food and drink were offensive. Venues must realise they would sell a hell of a lot more by lowering the price a fraction. There was free water though.
Difficult to see us booking anything else at Wembley Arena until it’s renovated. The permanent seats in the arena would have a better view, but wouldn’t risk it.
Easy to get to by car, decent parking. Public transport is a no go on Sunday to get here.
