The Aleppo Merchant Inn的点评
点评：Sadly, this was a very disappointing venue.
We were a large party and were put in the breakfast room, which was unwelcoming, no ambience, some background music would have helped.
We were asked to prebook our meal, from a limited menu, with no option of selecting from the special board.
We had hardly sat down and the starters were being served, giving us the feeling that they wanted us in and out as soon as possible.
The main courses left a lot to be desired, out of the 12 of us only one was one contented with the meal, fish and chips. The curry was more like gruel - very watery and the, pizza had hard crusts. left waiting in a dry, warm place, for a long time.
Didn't even sell wine by the glass, had to be a bottle, such a bizarre decision!
For what we had, the food was very expensive, and certainly not good value for money.
I wouldn't recommend this venue, and would not return.
