Scrumptious Sunday lunch in a dog friendly restaurant.
The Aleppo Merchant Inn的点评
点评：Came to the Aleppo for Sunday lunch with family and our dog. Finding good dog friendly places to eat is sometimes hard, but the Aleppo was a big win for us today!
The inside is tastefully decorated and surprisingly spacious with rooms in every direction. Very friendly staff too.
As it was a Sunday we ordered the Sunday Lunch. We had the beef, and I had the vegetarian option of Butternut squash, caramelised red onion and quinoa tart (also a nut roast option). The tart was delicious and the vegetables plentiful and perfectly cooked. I was also informed the beef was very tasty too!
The only downside was that some of the lunches you had to pay £1 extra if you wanted a Yorkshire pudding which I feel should be included in a Sunday lunch (it was only included in the beef option). That is my only negative of my whole experience however!
We then treated ourselves to desert which included a pineapple upside down cake (again delicious and appeared homemade, another bonus), and lemon and lime cheesecake. Both were divine and would highly recommend!
I would highly recommend a visit if your passing by this way. You won’t leave disappointed!
