Roast chicken not a roast...

点评：Went for Sunday lunch my friend and I ordered a Sunday 'Roast' Chicken dinner, we waited a while for our drinks to arrive by the time they did we were ready to order our main.. When it came it was not hot and the chicken was deep fried chicken... Over cooked and very dry 😭
I didn't make an issue as the meal was a birthday treat from my friend, I asked for more gravy in.the hope it would make my dinner warmer and soften the crispy chicken.... It didn't work...the chicken was too dry to be saved..
At the end of the meal I mentioned to the manager, that the chicken was too dry, he wasn't impressed with my.commebts my friend confessed she had the same issue and I noted that the customer at the other table who also had chicken left most of their meal when they left!!
Manager was apologetic and said we should have told him earlier, he had been runnng around like the flies that were in the pub, landing on our meal 🙁
They even had the cheek to put a service charge on the bill... Are you for real...
This is the second time the food has been off and tepid, yes the first time you replaced my meal but it shouldn't be a regular thing cold food and not as described... Roast involves an oven or even the air fryer not the deep fat fryer... Disappointment is an understatement it was a birthday treat...
We won't be returning..
