Spectacular Show, but Some Interactions Felt Out of Place

点评：I attended Medieval Times solo and was genuinely excited about the experience. The show was fantastic, energetic, immersive, and far exceeded my expectations. The performances, food, and overall organization were truly commendable.
That said, a few interactions during my visit left me uneasy. From the parking lot to the entry counter and seating area, certain staff members’ tone and demeanor felt unexpectedly dismissive. I noticed my order being repeatedly overlooked by the bar tender while others around me were promptly served.
While I fully appreciated the talent and effort behind the production, these subtle moments of disregard stood out; especially in a setting built on themes of honor and courtesy. It was a striking reminder that the true measure of hospitality lies not in the performance, but in how every guest is treated.
