Poor service at food kiosk, Mussel Pool.
怀特曼公园的点评
点评：Terrible experience at Mussel Pool Cafe at Whiteman Park. The wait time for food was diabolical. No queueing system caused chaos, people everywhere. Should have a sign or painted on concrete floor in/out.
Due to inordinate delay, people were milling around waiting for their food, people queueing to order and people who went away and came back to still wait for food.
Due to long wait, I calculated that I was overcharged if their advertised prices are correct. With the amount of people waiting for service I couldn’t be bothered queueing to complain. We got our coffees and finished them well before the food arrived.
The customer service was very poor with no urgency being shown and when food and drink arrived at different times there was also no apology for the delay. We were not the only people who were complaining. We are regular visitors to Whiteman Park and haven't an issue with the Village Cafe but will never patronise the kiosk at Mussel Pool again. I assume the Village and Mussel Pool kiosk are owned by the same people, so maybe the could do something to improve things.
