点评：Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The service was very slow throughout the meal, and there were several issues that really affected our experience.
We noticed a member of staff stroking a dog and then continuing to serve guests without washing their hands, which was particularly concerning from a hygiene perspective.
The lamb was overcooked, and the sauce on the plate had developed a film over it, making it appear as though it had been sitting on the hot plate for too long. When dessert was offered, I was given the choice of ice cream or custard and specifically chose custard, but ice cream was brought out instead. When we asked for this to be corrected, it took over five minutes for the custard to arrive.
The lemonade also tasted more like soda water than lemonade. When we asked if this could be rectified, the response from the staff made us feel as though our request was an inconvenience.
Overall, the combination of slow service, food quality issues and the lack of attentiveness from staff made the experience disappointing. There were several opportunities to resolve these issues, but unfortunately the service made the situation feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
