Terrible customer service

点评：Visited here for drinks only and found a table on the outside terrace.
Spoke to a young waitress who told me she'd come over and take our order.
10 mins went by and no order as we were left waiting.
I went and spoke to her again in case she'd forgotten about us and eventually she came over.
I ordered 4 beers and paid for them.
Then, we waited a further 35 mins for our drinks to arrive having spoken to the same witness twice. We were told that the tills were broke and it was busier than usual.
The young girl apologised and initially offered us a full refund and the drinks which was a decent gesture.
Then she withdrew that offer with a 50% refund but stated she needed a code to do this.
And then a male colleague of hers appeared stating that because I'd paid for the drinks, an a refund was not possible. He offered us a bowl of chips (for 5 of us) which we declined as we were booked in for a meal at a nearby bar.
Terrible service and the most patronising apology, and offer, to put things right I've ever experienced.
I won't be rushing back here anytime soon.
