点评:We booked and reserved a table for at least 11 of us for 12.30pm. We arrived early and we had ordered in advance. We were told some meals couldn't be made because the oven wasn';t working. these things happen. So they were using other methods and two people had to change what they were having. One woman had to leave at 2pm. We figured that one and half hours was long enough to eat. the main food didn;t begin to arrive until 1.40pm and the poor woman who had to leave at 2pmgot her meal at 1.50pm. I complained and said we were not happy with waiting an hour and ten minutes when we had ordered in advance and the member of staff shrugged his shoulders. I said they should do something nice for us. He shrugged his shoulders again. I asked him to go and inform his manager. I think he didn't bother as no manager came out to talk to us so I would rate customer service as TERRIBLE. It was such a shame, the food was good, but the poor lady who had to leave at 2pm only had enough time to eat HALF of hers, because of their one hour 20 minute delay. We were the first group to arrive - it only got a little more busy after us. I was not only deeply disapointed but I was upset about how I was not listened to when I said how unhappy we were with the extremely long wait. At this point you would expect someone to come out and 'BE NICE to all of us, offer us a few bowls of snacks or something for the exceedingly long wait. No. Nothing.
