The Pleasure Boat Inn的点评
点评：You never expect to go into a restaurant and end up being verbally abused by a member of staff.
All I did was politely ask whether there was a large backlog of food orders, as we were a little pressed for time. Unfortunately, the response I received from Tannia, the blonde lady serving us, was completely unnecessary and incredibly rude.
I can genuinely say she was one of the rudest members of staff I have ever encountered in a pub or restaurant. There are ways of speaking to customers, even when you're busy or under pressure, and this certainly wasn't one of them.
It's such a shame because the food itself was absolutely lovely and we would happily have returned based on that alone. Unfortunately, the way we were spoken to completely ruined the experience.
Great food, but customer service matters just as much. Sadly, after this experience, we will never return.
