点评：Called in for drinks after work, ordered a pint and half of lager tried to pay by card 3 times didn’t work young lady asked us to try again politely, then a very rude bar woman called Kelly appeared wow what an bad attitude she has, never met such a rude unwelcoming person ever who spoke so rudely to us and acted like it was our fault the card machine didn’t work she screamed you can’t have the drinks, there is a way to speak to people and it’s not like that, we tried another card it said it went through but was pending she asked us to do it again and it went through again as pending so now it’s gone through twice and we only have one and a half pint and she proceeded to scream at us for our details as it hadn’t gone through we gave our details and she still proceeded to scream at us for the details when it was in her hand she said she would sort it out when she had cashed up and as it was pending twice she would refund if it did go through, well it did go through and we was charged twice £14.30 for 1 and half pints she said she would contact us to refund but no contact was absolute no need for her rudeness won’t be going back, pub was dead now I see why when they talk to customers like that disgraceful.
