Horns And Horseshoes的点评
点评：Every year around this time we meet up with our brother and sister in law at the Horns and Horseshoes;
It has a large car park which is useful as we both come from a distance.
Even though we have not been for a year, we are always given a very warm welcome and treated as old friends.
The pub is very olde worlde with a roaring fire and plenty of tables to choose near the fire or on a cooler spot.
The menu is varied with occasional specials; there are starters and mains with a little blackboard full of desserts.
The portions are very generous and the food is always piping hot and well served. The fish and chips were of whale-like proportions, I had the roast dinner which had 4 vegetables and potatoes. It was delicious.
My husband had the chilli which he said had a good amount of tingle and spice and my sister raved about the horseradish mash.
The whole experience certainly brightened up a dreary and blustery Monday.
