A busy pub that couldn’t quite cut the mustard!!
The White Hart的点评
点评：We went to the White Hart earlier today for the first time, unfortunately it will also be the last.
My wife and I were shown to a table and received our drinks order quite quickly. We then placed our food order, two roast dinners, approx 10 mins later.
Another couple sat at a nearby table and placed their order. After about 10 mins they received their food which didn’t bode well.
After a short while I asked one of the waitresses if our food was coming soon and after asking us what we’d ordered, even though it was her who’d taken our order, she said that she’d find out.
We didn’t see her again and after what must’ve now been 40 mins I asked the manager if there was any chance of receiving our food. She went to the kitchen and after a further five minutes came back to tell us that she thought that our order had been given to someone else!!
Now, feeling utterly frustrated and quite hungry, I said let me pay for the drinks and we’ll leave but even that proved too much for this lady!!
She offered to give us the drinks but I said that I’d rather pay. As we moved through to the main bar area she just walked away to deal with something else!! I left…
This was exceptionally bad customer service on every level. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was just so poor.
