Disappointed with service/ food

点评：Husband & myself, …starters were delicious, husbands fish and chips he said were delicious too …. Sadly mine the whopper pattie burger arrived and the burger was totally cold on outside of and barely warm inside, I spoke to the waiter, he apologized and took it to kitchen he returned very quickly with the same burger stating that the chef/ cook said it was cold because of the salad & wouldn’t be replacing it,I’ve never heard of this and believe this is utterly untrue . I was asked if I still wanted my chips, I declined. The chef/cook appeared , walked past us to the restaurant manager obviously making him aware . The manager didn’t speak with us until my husband approached him, he offered his apologies and said’ we haven’t charged you for the burger’, he did say he’d had words with the chef.
On wanting the bill we went to till, I believe the lady is part of the management/owner , she did apologize and said it shouldn’t have happened, apologies accepted but to be honest, totally disappointed with the whole experience and service, we were not ever asked if we wanted a drink, not even on arrival ,twice had to go to bar , 2 separate groups of a larger size 6-8 in size ,both had drinks orders taken and delivered to them , staff very attentive, sadly we did not receive this treatment . I may return to have drinks but as a couple I would not recommend this place

我们去收银台结账，我相信那位女士是管理层/老板的一部分，她确实道了歉，说不应该发生这种事，我们接受了道歉，但说实话，对整个体验和服务感到非常失望，他们从来没有问过我们是否想喝点什么，甚至在我们到达时也没有，两次不得不去酒吧，两组人数较多的客人，大概6-8人，服务员都把饮料订单拿来并送到他们面前，工作人员非常周到，可惜我们没有受到这种待遇。我可能会再来喝一杯，但作为一对夫妇，我不会推荐这个地方。
