A real little gem. The tour guide made it fascinating and a real pleasure.

点评：Must be seen with guide to properly understand and appreciate this fascinating palazzo. Our guide brought it all alive. She did a fantastic job explaining the history of the building, who lived there, the significance of various artifacts and paintings, answering a range of questions in English and telling us for example the cautionary tale depicted by paintings which go right around the walls of one of the bed chambers. The kitchen on the top floor was unusual and interesting. Wonderful to see paintings and sculptures etc as they might have been experienced by the family owning the palazzo rather than in the detached setting of a normal museum.
Not crowded and a real joy. Much preferred this to the Palazzo Vecchio which we visited afterwards. The guide was welcoming and knowledgeable. Booking in for a tour is essential. Very good value.
