Average zoo, always fun once in awhile

点评：I come to this zoo once a year and it’s finally time for a proper review. First of all the zoo is located on a main road which is very accessible by bus, car or bike. The train station of Muizen is the closest by and from there on you can go on foot or with a bus. If you come by car there are 2 big parkings available, keep in mind that this costs extra money. (10€)
The park itself has multiple themes, a lot of playgrounds for the kids, has a lot of toilets and also rents out children carriages. There is a free bird fly show every day for a couple of times. They are well worth it to visit. The park itself is what you expect from an average zoo. Normally 4-5 hours is enough to visit everything at a slow normal pace.
I recommend bringing your own food since the food in the park is really expensive for what it is. Everything is frozen and not worth the money. Same for the drinks. For the price of the tickets I expect normal decent food prices.
The staff is friendly, the zoo is well maintained and there are some events throughout the park. Everything is accessible for wheelchairs as well.
