点评：Went today with work colleagues to celebrate a birthday and anniversary which had been prebooked for 12.30. We were seated in an overcrowded area. We had to go and pay at the bar first. We waited ages patiently in a queue as there was a coach of 45 people that had arrived so we were informed. We were then waiting at our table approximately 30 minutes before someone came over and asked which food we required. Carvery and menu food were ordered by us all. As they brought out the food we were then informed that unfortunately due to the people who arrived by coach there was an extra amount of time to queue for the carvery. On top of that a beef sizzler was ordered. It arrived sizzling away and looking great. But oh no that wasn't the fact. The beef was so tough that it was impossible to cut. After numerous attempts to find some tender beef, i resigned myself to the fact that it was inedible.I went politely to the bar to explain the fact. After 10 minutes the bar person explained that they could change the meal but there would be an extra wait time. I explained that i did not want anything else and she said that she would get someone to see me only, after waiting another 30 minutes, we were told that they could not refund as they did not have the ability to do so? My friends also had problems with their carvery. It was basically almost impossible to get what they wanted. No cauliflower cheese, no roasties etc. Cold plates didn't help matters either. Will not recommend.
