Worst restaurant experience ever.

点评：We booked ahead for Sunday afternoon. We arrived early so walked around for a bit then turned up 15 minutes early. We had to wait for a car park space around the back but were still a few minutes early. Anyone can say they have a reservation and are given a ticket for 90 minutes, but it isn't actually timed. There was a queue out of the door, we assumed this was people waiting for a table to come available. We asked in the bar and were told to tell staff in the other room, which we did. The staff member muttered something in broken English and nodded to another staff member who was dealing with people in the queue. A woman at the front of the queue asked if we had a reservation, said that she did too and we'd have to join the queue. There was another long line of people trying to order food. We left, rang to cancel our booking, as it was obvious we would not be getting our table, no apology was offered. I have never known anything like it, an absolute shambles.
