Not bad, but expected more
哈里森温泉度假村的点评
点评：We stayed in the West Tower, a King bed with a Lake View as part of the Getaway Package.
Pros:
- Clean room. We used wipes to clean every surface to be extra careful and there was barely any discoloration on the wipes
- Comfortable bed
- Clean hot springs (outdoor adult pool)
- Friendly staff
- Nicely decorated building
- Multiple outlets around the room for easy charging
Cons:
- Pretty pricey ($350/night, NOT including the resort fee and taxes)
- We ordered an Executive room, but they replaced it with another room, which was okay with us because the bed was upsized.
- The blanket wasn't really a blanket. It was a thin duvet sandwiched between two sheets
- The bottom bed sheet was too small for our bed and kept coming undone. It was fine for me because I'm short, but my boyfriend's feet kept touching the bare mattress
- We paid extra for the getaway package to have dinner at the Copper Room– the Table d’Hote Menu. The menu for June indicates a 5-course meal (soup, salad, sorbet, main, and a dessert); however, we only got a 3 course meal (had to choose between soup or salad, and there was no sorbet). If we had known this, we would not have gotten the getaway package
- We left the "please make up our room" sign on our door handle for two days, yet no one came to help tidy our room. We had to call the front desk to ask for more towels.
- There were no disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, electric kettle, etc., provided. We called to ask, and the staff told us that slippers would cost $8/pair. I would expect slippers/toothpaste/toothbrushes to be provided when paying over $400 per room per night after tax and fees
- The balcony was dirty, and its floor was cracked

- 我们额外支付了逍遥游套餐的费用，在 Copper Room 享用了晚餐——套餐菜单。六月份的菜单上写着五道菜（汤、沙拉、冰沙、主菜和甜点）；然而，我们只点了三道菜（必须在汤和沙拉之间选择，而且没有冰沙）。早知道这样，我们就不会买度假套餐了。
- 我们把“请整理房间”的牌子挂在门把手上两天了，却没有人来帮忙打扫房间。我们不得不打电话给前台要毛巾。
- 没有提供一次性拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏、剃须刀、电热水壶等。我们打电话询问，工作人员告诉我们拖鞋每双8美元。我以为每间房每晚400多美元（税费后）应该会提供拖鞋/牙膏/牙刷。
- 阳台很脏，地板也开裂了。
