No dogs kept on leads despite rules!

点评：We have recently visited Roadford Lake, the area is beautiful but was ruined by every person we came across not abiding by the rules to keep dogs on leads. We met 5 different families with dogs during our couple of hours here and not one dog was on the lead. I know this area has been used by many people who have dogs that are reactive therefore would react to the dogs we met today as all of them approached us at 100mph. One black Labrador was chasing all the birds and running wild with no owner in sight, around 5 minutes later the couple walk around the corner completely oblivious or just don’t care and didn’t put their dog on the lead until entering the cafe doors so obviously weren’t worried about being caught. 15 minutes later as we were leaving the rangers came in, maybe these people know the times the rangers come, or maybe nothing is done when caught, but something needs to be done.
