点评:A fascinating and charming place to visit. There are a number of steps to negotiate (not used but possibly a disabled/wheelchair access, do check before going). It has very knowledgeable people in the hall itself regarding its history. The gardens are lovely but not completely accessible by wheelchair as far as I could tell it included quite a few steps but there is a flat area once you go through the hall to sit (and during August there were family activities going on here) and view the gardens. It was a lovely place to visit. There was a shop but no cafe however the area overlooking the gardens had some tables and chairs so you could bring a drink and a sandwich if needed although the village itself has several places (restaurants, pubs, cafes) around the green.
Worth a trip if you’re in the area.

如果你在附近,值得一游。
