点评：We booked in here for one night, we were welcomed by a very friendly young lady from behind the bar who showed us to our room. The room itself was immaculate with plenty of space. It was on a busy junction so road noise was all through the night and was woken up by whoever was upstairs at 1.20am walking around but to be fair I am a light sleeper but my son and husband slept through everything. We went into the pub for a game of pool and a drink, we personally found one local man in particular very friendly so was surprised when reading some of the other reviews.
The only two things I would say is it would have been nice to have a lamp in the room as the ceiling lights would light up a football stadium, we ended up putting on the toilet light but then also had fan noise. On departure we could not find out what to do with the keys as we left around 9.15 so phoned the emergency number and spoke to Beth who was also very helpful so it would have been nice to have instructions on what to do if the bar is still closed on leaving so not having to bother anyone ... But those are the only minor things would definitely book again if in the area
