点评：We recently held a wake at the Ingram Arms following a service at Hatfield church next door, and we couldn't have been in better hands. Vicky, the manager, was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating from start to finish. The pub has a semi-private area that was perfect for the occasion, offering the right balance of space and privacy.
They took care of everything, from setting up a beautiful memorial table with personal items we dropped off to accommodating our chosen menu without any fuss. The buffet was excellent—fresh sandwiches, quiche, pork pies, sausage rolls, crudités, and a selection of hot options, followed by tea, coffee, and a generous spread of sweets, cakes, and scones.
Everything was so well organised, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. It felt like really a safe pair of hands that took all the stress out of the day, allowing us to focus on being with family rather than worrying about the details. A huge thank you to Vicky and the team for making a difficult day that little bit easier. Highly recommend.
