点评：My bad experience started at the booking point.
By mistake I booked only one night in advance, when I called a few wewks later, without asking my name they said to me they were fully booked.
No issues booking online and I inow pf people who also booked at the same time than me. Luckily I don't have a foreignwe accent when I book online...
Daily cleaning for old rooms that will make your clothes stink like kitchen. No good ventilation, pointless cleaning.
Tha appalling part came on my last day. I paid for breakfast served until 9:00.
When I woke up around 8:00 and left my room the cleaning lady indicated me that there was no breakfast. I told her that I paid for it and she said that they never do breaksfast on Monday. She also advised me no to go downstairs as there was nobody there.
I laid down until 10:00 and when I ckecked out I told the receptionist that I paid for a service they don't deliver. He said that breakfast was served until9:00.
When I told him my experience he walked away with a condescending laugh saying sorry. When I told him that I wasn't impressed his amusement grew and definitely walked away saying sorry. No explanations whatsoever.
Clearly made on purpose why would a cleaner stopped me from getting my breakfast and tell me that a place fully staffed was empty? For any reason they did not want to give hrwkfast that I paid for.
