Bottomless brunch.....do not do it

点评：Very bad experience and poor organisation.
11 of us booked for bottomless brunch, £35pp which isn't bad.......if you get the right service.
After paying for our bottomless brunch at the bar and ordering our first drinks we then waited over half hour for the first drinks to arrive, even then there was only 7 out of 11 drinks brought to our table, nobody had even been to ask what food we wanted by this point either.
There was one person working behind the bar, having to serve not only our group but the rest of the pub as well. No dedicated server for bottomless brunch like we have experienced at other places and no organisation whatsoever.
At this point we asked for a refund, after the manager spoke to someone higher up on the phone we were told we would lose our £10pp deposit, a deposit that wasn't asked for at the time of booking. A deposit is to protect the pub if we don't turn up, not to cover them for poor service. We finally settled on paying a £5pp deposit, which I wasn't happy with but we weren't going to be offered anything else.
You would think a pub would snap your hands off at the opportunity to make £385 for an hour and a half s work but clearly not.
We will not be back and would not recommend bottomless brunch at all.
