Best Sunday Lunch ever!

点评：Fairly local to us! called in Sunday in the hope of a table as often booked up. We were lucky, we normally sit in the lounge,(although meals are served in the bar area, which is also very good) but tables were all reserved, so-to us-we were upgraded to the dining room, very nice table for two (bigger than the norm) .Decided on the Sunday roast one of beef, one pork. Came almost immediately, Fantastic large home made Yorkshire, beautifully cooked, with plenty of meat, very tender both the pork. and beef. Also on the plates, 3 roast potatoes, cabbage, and the most creamy mashed potato I've ever had, and a parsnip, Came with a separate tureen of carrots, cauliflower, swede and garden peas, all cooked to perfection! The drinks were good as always, Large Pinot &half of lager!The staff are all lovely, and a credit to Tony, the landlord! The new outside seating area is fantastic! Have rooms to stay both inside the pub and in motel style buildings out side. Loads of free parking space. would highly recommend !
