点评：Came here with a friend for lunch with a friend to which we both ordered scampi and chips 1 with peas and one without. Service was pleasant and efficient. One of the waitresses who wasn't our original waitress on seating bought out our food but I had noticed she was slightly confused on table numbers.
I gave a slight wave to beacon over to where we were sitting but wasn't noticed as our original servicer a older woman went over to help her , I then noticed what seemed to be a disagreement or confusion with our meals (we were sat by the window ) and they both walked off to the end of the bar with our food still in the waitresses hand , we'll what I saw next was beyond diabolical.
I witnessed the older waitress take our plates off this waitress and SCOOP OFF MY PEAS OFF MY PLATE INTO THE BAR BIN!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED BY THIS AND SO WAS THE POOR WAITRESS!! who I may add looked pretty disgusted.
Management I assume was blissfully unaware to busy drinking coffee and playing on laptops.
I suggest to management you check your cctv of your bar area at roughly 12pm to 12.30pm to see your waitress man handling people's food!! , I will be taking this to your head office as this is utterly outrageous!! When I bought this to this waitresses attention she totally denied this happening !! I refused our meal and left !
