点评：Sad to be writing this review because we have been here so many times and loved it but I don’t know whether it’s new management or something else but we visited today and we’re so disappointed. We were seated on a table next to a group of ‘men’ despite being in the restaurant area who were so loud and only having drinks. There was plenty of other tables we could have been seated at but we sat down and thought it might not be that bad. When we ordered food the staff were moaning about how they didn’t want to be there and how they were so tired and couldn’t wait for the day to be over. Then we had our food and the table of ‘men’ were swearing so loud we eventually had to step in and say something, multiple staff heard their language and never intervened. Food came and everyone’s was overcooked and rock hard like it had been sat there for an age. Another table with young children came in and had to complain about the wait on their food and then the ‘men’ got into an argument with them as they had asked them to tone down the swearing. We then went and got some more drinks and the girl behind the bar took our order and said urgh can you finish this please so we got another waitress who said ‘I can’t wait to finish in 9 minutes’. We moved outside as we couldn’t stand the language anymore, only to have a ball kicked at us in the seating area and knock over a drink and hit someone else in the face. There was kids climbing a lamppost and nothing being said, then the kids began swearing it was just the most awful experience and we will never return. Such a shame because I recommend this place to everyone and usually spend our Christmas eve’s there!
