点评:For a bar and restaurant that does a lot of fundraising towards those with dementia. When a family member passes away from it I certainly wouldn’t book to host the wake here. The landlady was one of the rudest humans I’ve ever encountered in my life. My younger sister with Autism has issues with eating certain food (those with family members with this condition know the situation) and couldn’t eat the buffet provided. She decided to order food to eat whilst there, which we were later told she couldn’t do due to licensing. Completely, understandable as I work in the hospitality industry myself and I know this requires certain things in place. My sister started packing her food up to go eat off the premises. The landlady, Linda could not wait to berate my little sister, who also has communication issues may I add to the point where she made her feel extremely uncomfortable at her own grans wake. I tried to explain to her that she was packing it up and all she did was try and argue back. After telling her about her condition all she gave was “nobody told me this did they” when the girl herself has communication issues? Linda honestly needs reviewing and further training because once id put her in her place and explained I was trying to get my very confused and upset sister why she had to eat off the site, she made a so called “Accessible” pub very un-accessible and tried to actually start an argument with me for supporting her. She needs to sort her head out.
