Single signboards in Insadong are written exclusively in Hangul, the Korean alphabet! Unlike other areas in Seoul where English signs are common, here you'll see familiar global brands transformed into beautiful Korean characters like Starbucks as 스타벅스 or Etude House as 에뛰드하우스. It’s a wonderful nod to Korean identity and makes the entire experience feel even more immersive and authentically Korean.

Ssamziegil, with its quirky spiral design and artisan shops, is always a highlight.
