点评:We had been wanting to do this hike for a while. We are hikers and wanted a challenging hike. We were staying with family in Washington State, so we drove across the border just to do this hike. We are in our 50’s and did the whole hike in 90 minutes. And yeah, it is very challenging. My advice is to 1. Never look up to see where you are (as the stairs appear endless) and 2. Keep a steady pace and don’t stop for long periods of time; only short breather/water breaks. This hike is very challenging and not for beginners or even intermediate hikers. This is a grueling, uphill climb with basically no breaks. I think 1/2 way up there is a bench (along with an AED machine). All that being said, I am really glad we did this hike - the views are amazing at the top.
