Restaurant servers need retraining.

点评：We've been here now 4 times, usually it's perfect but this time 1 major thing let it down, the restaurant staff. Now the food was absolutely amazing, once you get it. The young ones mostly like to just stand and chat at the serving point. More than once we had to ask for assistance, as in go and ask them from our table. We had ordered all our evening meal at once, as we knew exactly what we wanted, our ciabatta came out quickly as did the mains, but the problem lies when we had finished them. We day for 20 mins with our dirty plates in front of us yet the tables around us were being cleared and deserts presented. Eventually the plates were cleared yet after another 15 deserts hadn't arrived I had to go up to where your staff were stood talking and ask. Then as I was walking away my daughter saw 1 of the servers stick her tongue out at me, really? Professional? This is highly unexceptable. She didn't bring the deserts out but a nice lad did instead whom was actually doing the majority of the work. This put a distaste in my mouth.
We actually over heard at lunchtime that a couple had been waiting over 30 mins for their meal as it had been completely forgotten. I really do believe your waiting staff need retraining as they are really letting you down.
The facilities are lovely, the treatments and the ladies we had that did our massages and facials were amazing. Even the accommodation, which has been upgraded since our last visit was lovely.
Will we be back? Maybe, but I do hope you look at retraining the young ones.
