点评：Been here twice before and was really looking forward to it. Had a spa break with my sister. The spa is lovely but a few things did let it down this time.
Steam room by the pool isn’t steamy big gap under door.
Never any towels in changing room by pool
No clean flannels in ice room
Empty bottles of the soak by the foot spas.
One group of particularly loud and rowdy women screeching in the spa which clearly says quiet zone. Nobody asked them to be quiet.
Locker wouldn’t open with code so asked the lady on reception to get someone to open it she then said what sorry where are you going. Meaning she clearly hadn’t listened to us. We sat in the changing area ten minutes nobody came we did eventually get into the locker and when we went back into reception she just looked the other way so how long would we have sat there waiting??
