Wonderful exhibits in an unfriendly museum

点评：This museum has the most beautiful exhibits, wonderfully displayed and is in a beautiful setting. It is, indeed, a privilege to visit. However …… the access arrangements and the tour guide commentary do not do the museum justice. They rather spoil what could be an amazing experience.
You have to book in advance and if you are a couple you have to book separately as there is no option to book for 2 at the same time. I got a place, my husband did not. When you arrive they leave you waiting outside. The tour guide’s commentary was bizarre to say the least - emphatic, repetitive, slow and not really informative. Questions seemed dismissed out of hand. And are the other staff told to frown at guests, bark ant them and never smile? You feel herded around.
Not a very friendly or welcoming place.
