点评：Our group of friends recently went on an Embera tour, and while there were some incredible highlights, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a few significant issues.
The ride up the river was stunning, offering breathtaking views of the lush landscape, and the Emberas themselves were friendly and welcoming, sharing their beautiful culture with us.
However, the tour guide we hired through our hotel in Panama City did not meet our expectations. His English was quite poor, making it difficult for us to fully engage with the experience. Even more troubling, he made disrespectful jokes about the Emberas and commented inappropriately during the tour, which left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
We all felt that our experience could have been vastly improved with a more professional and respectful guide. If you’re planning this tour, I highly recommend researching and selecting a guide carefully to ensure a more enriching and enjoyable experience. The Emberas deserve to be treated with the respect their culture warrants, and we wish we had had a guide who shared that sentiment.
