点评：Found out after the tour that our sweet, female, blond hair, tiny hoop as a nose ring tour guide has only been doing this for two weeks.
She did an amazing job!
What a neat facility tour starting in a CAVE!
Not only throughout this tour were their multiple temperature changes, but changing scents, too!
A limited amount of canned beer is still processed in this original facility but being able to walk through it all was still educational and interesting. Even my kids-9,11 and 13 loved it!
Photography is permitted and we actually got to walk up into the canning facility and see it all being packaged. It was so cool!
The tasting room was the only disappointing area. It was nice…. But! Could have been better. They permit you to pick two- 1 cup sample varieties. However, I wish they had prepoured flights ( ready for when you ended the tour- number of people on the tour counted prior to departing) of ALL the varieties and only with a shot glass sized amount. That would make it even better in my opinion. Also nice for the kids to sample birch beer. Maybe adding a small bag of pretzels for the kids would also take it to the next level.
But! Even the way it is… I recommend it to everyone!
Parking would be very difficult during prime vacation season. This place is literally IN town.

但是！即使现在这样……我还是推荐大家来！
