点评：As a university professor of over 40 years, I must say that I was incredibly impressed with the design, presentation, and results of Ian and Sara’s cooking class/experience. Rather than being offered a simplistic and fool-proof class, we were treated to a challenging and wonderfully delicious experience that culminated in one of the best meals I’ve ever had . . . and one that we cooked ourselves! Ian’s expertise as a chef coupled with his knowledge of local produce and products made for a marvelous overall experience. The class was given at a measured but nonetheless rigorous pace, and the proof of his efforts was in the salad, main course, and dessert which we communally prepared and shared. In addition, the wines which accompanied our meal were both superb. Overall, a 5-star review for the experience and the ambiance. I would give Ian and Sara and their staff my highest recommendation!
