点评:I visited with my two teen sons, and decided to pick the orange trail. It was all going great until we came across posts which were missing the coloured arrows. We had taken a digital photograph of the map at the car park for reference which served us well until we somehow strayed onto the white unmarked path (see map) The terrain at that point was pretty much steep vertical, very difficult and I was worried that we would hurt ourselves. We had zero phone signal.
That said, almost 4 hours trekking around the very dense woodland was extremely beautiful. Around every corner there was something to take a photo of, but parts of the woodland particularly deeper into it, are very poorly maintained so be very careful if you go that far.
We described it to friends as amazing, then terrifying then fantastic … don’t forget to use the pump at Fisher Hall.
