Poor service . Meal removed b4 complete

点评：Very disappointing evening out.
Partners main came out b4 his entre, his entre came out 5mins later with my main.
Bit the bigger issue i had with the service was infact they took away my meal BEFORE I had finished. I got up half way through my meal to use the loo and came back to a cleared table, I asked my partner where my food went and he said that when he was looking over at the baby they very quickly piled up our plates and b4 he could say a word they where piled up and no longer edable. I approached the staff with my displeasure and didnt stay for desert like we had initially planned.
I called the next day to speak to a manager and was informed emma would call me later on in the day, no call, I called again the following day, was told the same thing, still no call back 😑 all I want is a refund for my meal I did not get to eat and an explanation as to why my meal was taken away when it was evident it was not finished.
