点评:I'm raising the same issue which I've seen in other customers' complaints/reviews. The queen-bedded room which we were given, had a strong stench emanating from the bathroom/toilet. It's especially strong when the extract fan was turned on. When we reported this to the only female staff at the reception, she apologised & offered another room with bunk beds in exchange. We did not take the offer. I also asked if she could provide a toilet cleansing agent which she declined by saying that the cleaners had left early the day. In the end, we had to purchase a toilet cleansing agent to rid of the stench in the toilet. The other issue is that the curtain is half hanging down, not easily closed to provide privacy of the room.
Like the other complainants, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Staff are not interested in making their guests comfortable to stay there. They are giving Ibis a bad reputation. We did not tell her that we're in fact a member of the Accor group. We had stayed in better run hotels of the group before.
