Best pub in Donegal for food and lovely atmosphere

点评：Nancy's Bar was without a doubt one of our favourite stops on our trip to Donegal.
From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. We had to wait a 15 mins for a table as it's clearly a very popular spot, but it was well worth it. While we waited, the barman kept us entertained and recommended a few local beers, which was great to try.
The food was the best we had in Donegal. The seafood chowder was absolutely delicious and the prawn sandwich was simple but perfectly done. Sometimes the simplest dishes are the best, and this place proves it.
The owner was a lovely lady who told us the bar has been in her family for seven generations, which made the experience even more special. The building itself is full of character, with lots of quirky little rooms that make it feel cosy and unique.
Nancy's Bar was easily one of the highlights of our trip. If you're visiting Ardara, it's an absolute must-visit for the atmosphere, history, friendly service, and outstanding food.
