Disappointing return visit!
Aqua Sana Forest Spa的点评
点评：We have visited this spa around 5-10 times already and have also stayed on site before and have always enjoyed our spa days/breaks.
Unfortunately we visited on Saturday the 08/02 and were very disappointed. The spa was so over booked and most steam rooms/saunas and pools were so busy that the doors were constantly open and closed making them cold and not relaxing at all due to this.
The people at the spa were extremely loud on mobile phones and this ruined our experience. There were several members of staff just stood talking and paying no attention to any of this. Customers were asleep on beds for hours on end even though there are signs saying 20 minutes maximum. All in all not great.
The cafe was awful too, we were quickly informed that there were only two people working so limited slots available and the food was just microwaved and very poor quality.
Unfortunately we will not be returning.
The highlight of the day was Katie, as always she was fab :)
