Offering feels reduced
Aqua Sana Forest Spa的点评
点评：Have visited this spa regularly because its always been good value and a relaxing experience. There is a nice variety of steam rooms and saunas, pool and relaxation area.
We were disappointed to find the day package no longer includes breakfast and a drink like it used to and that the lunch options seem to be more restricted. However, the two young lads working front of house were the best yet, very polite and helpful and maintaining the spa-like vibes. However the lady in the back was loudly discussing orders which wasn't overly relaxing.
There seem to have been other cut backs including removing the welcome desk when you come in and the fruit that used to be offered. The juice that was available tasted very cheap.
There were plenty of staff but not many interacted. Other people "reserved" the lounge areas with towels which meant the best spots were taken all day.
Overall it is a lovely spa experience and the cafe service has improved. However, having experienced it before it feels a reduction in the offer.
