点评：I lost trust in this company before I even completed my booking.
I wanted to surprise my husband and chose the Twilight Spa Escape, which initially seemed like a reasonable price. As we are only free on Sundays, I expected it to be slightly more expensive than weekday packages — that part was understandable.
However, as I continued with the booking, the price kept increasing for no clear reason. During the week the package is £79, Sundays are advertised as £89, but when I selected my actual date (a full month in advance), the price suddenly jumped to £95.
Why? There is no clear explanation.
This kind of pricing feels misleading and manipulative. One price is shown at the beginning of the website, and a completely different one appears at the final payment stage. This is not marketing — it’s taking advantage of customers.
As a result, I chose not to proceed with the booking and have lost confidence in the brand.
