Disgrace of a place that was meant to be the pride of Basildon.

点评：Considering this place used to be the pride of Basildon when it was built, full of false hopes and olympic promises, the state of the place today beggars belief.
Aside from the fact you are lucky to get yourself a square foot of pool space because 75% is taken up by phoenix swimming school and various other lessons, the disgusting condition of the changing rooms is just too much now.
They could be forgiven if ANY effort was made to clean up but the mess you see will still be there 2 or 3 hours later until, at closing, a hose is run over the top or if your really lucky, a jetwash will do a few tiles.
They are just lucky there are not any other comparable options within a reasonable distance as I don't think anyone would go there anymore.
