Disappointing early start, it's not a Farmers Market. It seems to be more aimed at the influencer crowd!
Brighton Farmers Market的点评
点评:We decided to spend two mornings on our weekend in Barbados visiting the local markets. This was our first experience early on a Saturday Morning:
Held on a working plantation dating back to the 1600s, locals and visitors alike arrive early from 6 a.m.
It wasn't at all what we expected with basically one avenue of vendors selling mainly food rather than local arts, crafts and gifts.
You can queue for up to 30 minutes for a "Carrot Cup Coffee" if this is your idea of fun on a Saturday morning and maybe sit at a picnic table to eat breakfast purchased from one of the vendors.
Don't come expecting local people selling produce, because like us you will be sorely disappointed, this is in the name only!
It is not a traditional farmers market, maybe it was once, but now it seems to be catering to the "influencer/instagram,tiktok crowd.
We spent the next morning at Holders Market which I've also reviewed and much preferred
